Rhodes photographed the Oglivy & Mather project One Chicago. One Chicago was established in 2017 and created by the “Chicago is With You” Task Force. The One Chicago campaign will facilitate access to resources and support for Chicago’s residents. Along with Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, the campaign features portraits of immigrants and refugees.
